General Conference/ Confessions of a {bad} house wife.

I love General Conference. Love love love. And I am happy to report that I did not take a nap during any of the {amazing} talks! It seemed as though one thing that was touched on quite a bit was the subject of virtue. In my ward I am the Personal Progress leader in Young Women's {love it!} They have recently added Virtue as one of the values which means that on top of faith, divine nature, individual worth, knowledge, choice and accountability, good works and integrity, the girls also have to work on virtue and pass off the projects for all of them. I have been a little bit stressed trying to figure all of it out and truthfully I have not taken the time to try to get to know what virtue is on a deeper level. I am grateful for inspired leaders that say exactly what I need to hear. I have learned so much about virtue just this past weekend and I have a better understanding of how I can live a more virtuous life. I feel that I will be able to be more successful in my calling and hopefully {after much work} I can be a better example of virtue. I am grateful for great women in my life that I look up to that ooz with virtue.

P.S. Thank you Steven for doing the laundry all weekend. I really hope that someday I will love doing laundry. But until then I really appreciate all that you do. I also really like it when you go to priesthood session. I don't know what they tell you there but you always seem just a little kinder, a little more patient, and more loving when you come home. You are always so great to me and I love it... and your deodorant it good stuff. My pits have been dry for days now and I always smell like you. Bonus!... didn't know I have been using your deodorant did you? {too bad you don't read the blog}. Hooray for virtue!

  1. I could have told you you use his deodorant. That's why Cole's is lasting a lot longer these past 6 months!!
