Day 1 of 31- Day Blog Callenge

Day 1 - A photo of yourself and a description of how your day was.

Here I am. A picture of me. This is the most current picture I could find on our computer. Yes it IS pretty.
Well, it is currently the morning time so, not much to write about today, so I will write about yesterday!
As a stay at home mom I have really tried to make everyday different. It's easy to get into a pattern and have every day be a repeat of the day before. But I am determined to have a little change up everyday. I don't want to get stuck doing the same thing exact thing every single day with no change. That would make me so depressed. Although, there are some things that need to happen on a daily basis. Like showers/ baths for me and Winston, morning/ nightly routine, and of course just regular diaper changes/ feedings among other things. Holy rant...
Anyways, yesterday.
Winston and I woke up. Got fed/ washed. I spent about two hours straight playing with Winston and making him laugh. Best sound in the world! I then spent the rest of the day looking at houses online. It was fun for the first 30 minutes. Then every house stared looking the same and my eyes went blurry, but I kept on searching because I told my hubby that I would.
Around 4:30 I began making homemade kung pao chicken with carrots and snap peas (um, I am super proud of this dish and make it all the time). We watched the Office and Community from last week and then went and played some tennis with friends (something we try to do every week). It was a very successful day!

  1. Are you guys working with a realtor or (mortgage) lender in your search for a house? My mom is a lender and a very good one (it's true, even though I am biased!). Even though she's in Tucson she will make sure you guys are taken care of and get a good rate and everything. You should give her a call to get prequalified and to get a better idea of what you need to do, if you don't have someone already. She would especially love to help you guys out especially since you know me! Anyway, her office number is 520-744-2292. Hope this was helpful and not annoying. :)

  2. Dude, house-hunting is such a pain in the butt. They really all start to look the same after awhile. This thing is going to say that I'm my son, Dylan, but it's me, Kar. I can't figure out how to change it. And I'm too lazy.
