Hi Emily! No idea how I stumbled on your blog, but I believe we used to be in the same ward for a short while. I read the post you posted last night about confidence and what not and I couldn't agree more. It's a hard thing to admit. I struggle with it on a daily basis and also put my husband through a lot because of it. I think its normal for women- but I also think its good to acknowledge that its not good for us to consistently be feeling that way and a great goal for the new year. Its one of mine too and nothing to be ashamed of!
